10x10 (TEN BY TEN) GRAND OPENING IN LAGOS, NIGERIA
We are so happy to announce that we are finally opened to serve the good people of Lagos.
We had our grand opening on the 10th of October 2021, 10/10/2021…… get it? 10 /10 = 10 by10…. Lol!
If you missed out on our grand opening, trust me, it was one for the books.
It was so interesting as people from different works of life, both far and near were in attendance. They were all happy to grace the wonderful opening of the latest and state of the art hair store in Victoria Island, and Lagos as a whole… Oh! What manner of love we experienced? *smiles*
Let me fill you in a little on what went down on the day.
The event commenced at exactly 11am but trust Nigerians and African timing, people started trooping in from about 12noon. Well, I can’t really blame them though, guess they needed to attend church or have a lie in before heading down to the store.

Did you notice the excitement and rush? It’s simply amazing!
Everyone was happy and thrilled by the ambience, class, attention to detail, visual merchandising just to mention a few that they saw within out store. Trust me, it was worth their time.
The event started out with an opening speech by the delectable Brand manager of 10x10, Oyinda Oshinbolu who had everyone’s attention while she gave an insight on the scope of the brand and all it entails.

We then had a tour around our experience center as we like to call it, which had all the guests amazed at the quality of our wigs. They were especially marveled at the quality of our premium fiber hair, which is totally different from the regular ones they buy and see around. Thus, there was an immediate rush.
If you haven’t touched it, you might not understand. *smile*
We also showed them our salon space where customers can get their wigs fitted and weaves installed on the spot as soon as they purchase, explaining to them that it was a members-only salon, for only people that had bought 10x10 products in the past.
We also toured our training center upstairs where we will have workshops and seminars to help stylists and other hair lovers’ skill up by organizing events from time to time and inviting professionals to share knowledge. In this space, we will also organize little focus groups to get feedback from customers and have brainstorming sessions where we can collate information and give feedback to our team in Asia to help improve our products.
It was indeed an amazing day filled with good conversations, lots to eat and drink and a generally wonderful atmosphere.
Make sure not to miss our next event in December…. it will be another one for the books.
