This is probably due to an on-going promotion after which you had already purchased the product. We do not refund the difference.

We will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances.

Each of our weaves come in a pack of 3, which is enough for a full head sew-in.

The 10x10 hair cannot be cut. Please enjoy your wig/weave with the length it comes in.

This hair can last for a long time depending on how you maintain it.
It is advised to use a paddle brush with iron bristles as opposed to ones plastic bristles to reduce static energy and increase the lifespan of the hair.

You have to brush it and straighten it (max. of 180 degrees Celsius) from time to time to bring back the luster.

If you are sleeping in it, if it is beaten by rain often, if you do not brush before storing, if it isn’t usually placed on wig stand and just rumpled somewhere, if any products are used on it and if it isn’t washed professionally, it wouldn’t last as long as you would like.

Your wig can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair often.
